His Eye is on the Sparrow

Thoughts of new life whirled around in my head today. Traveling in the car, seeing the calfs and colts romping around in the vast Albertan fields with such abandoned playfulness, it put a smile on my place.  Colors of green -- on grass, new buds on trees, sprouting dandelions bringing pleasure to my eyes.  Spring is finally here and my heart sings as I view God's bounty and creation, knowing His eye is on the sparrow. "Have you not known? Have you not heard? The LORD is the everlasting God, the Creator of the ends of the earth. He does not faint or grow weary; his understanding is unsearchable. He gives power to the faint, and to him who has no might he increases strength. Even youths shall faint and be weary, and young men shall fall exhausted; but they who wait for the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings like eagles; they shall run and not be weary; they shall walk and not faint." Isaiah 40:28-31

Tuesday is Chemotherapy #3 day, and I go forward knowing that each step gets me closer to my goal -- to be cancer free.  Again, I feel your prayers and encouragement spanning the miles and airwaves. Thank you!
